Wonderful dishes and attentive service providing for one gluten free diet. We had the fixed price 'Traditional' and 'Innovation' menus which included raw fish with wine based sauces and sea bass followed by dessert all helped along by a most agreeable 2015 Susumaniello.

We took the couples menu and shared everything (which is the right way to eat - in my opinion). The food was excellent, high value for money. The service was excellent and also in English.Probably the best dinner we had in Puglia!
